5.1 Service Fees: Our fee structure is based on our visa-first guarantee policy. You agree to pay fees as outlined in your service agreement.
5.2 Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
5.3 Refunds: Refund policies are detailed in our Refund Policy.
5.4 Third-Party Fees: You are responsible for all third-party fees, including but not limited to application fees, visa fees, test fees, and university tuition fees.
6. Visa-First Guarantee
Our visa-first guarantee means that we prioritize your visa approval. We work diligently to ensure all documentation and applications meet the requirements. However, we cannot guarantee visa approval as final decisions are made by immigration authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MECSC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
